Clay Masks for Every Skin Concern: Discover Your Perfect Match: Budget Friendly

Hey beautybees! Welcome to my blog!
Whether you are a newbie or looking to refine your skincare routine, YOUR SEARCH ENDS HERE. Well, skincare can be overwhelming with all the products, routines and pieces of advice out there and I completely understand your confusion. But fear not! This guide will walk you through the basics, helping you understand your skin and how to care for it properly.
The first and foremost step if you are thinking of beginning with your skincare journey is to understand your skin type because of course, your products will completely depend on it and how effectively your products will interact with your skin.
Your skin type can be one of the four listed below that are commonly found-
As GoggleBaba says "Dry skin can appear dull, rough, flaky, or red and may feel tight or itchy. It is often caused by genetics, lifestyle, diet, hormones, climate or dehydration."
Now let us see how you can find that you have naturally dry skin. It's straightforward. Just wash your face with your face wash (whichever you are using), pat dry your face, and leave it for 30 minutes without applying any toner, moisturizer, etc. If after 30 minutes your skin pores feel tight, flaky, rough, dull, and red or your face feels itchy then yes, you clearly have dry skin.
"Oily skin can appear shiny or greasy and may have enlarged pores, blackheads, and whiteheads."
There's the same procedure to check if your skin is oily or not. Wash your face, apply nothing, leave for 30 minutes. If you feel oily or greasy or sticky skin then you have found your skin type, it's oily.
"It is a mix of oily and dry skin usually oily in the T-zone and dry cheeks that may feel red, tight and dull."
You can just easily feel it and check it as we discussed above.
"Sensitive skin can be highly reactive and irritated by products or environmental factors, causing redness, itching, burning, or dryness. Sensitivity can affect all skin types, including oily, acne-prone, and mature skin."
You can have one primary skin type (normal, oily, dry, or combination) and also have sensitive skin. For example, you can have dry and sensitive skin or oily and sensitive skin. However, you can’t have normal skin and sensitive skin at the same time because sensitive skin is a distinct category on its own.
As someone with dry and sensitive skin, I’ve spent the past five years figuring out my best skincare routine. It took me three years to settle on a regimen that works, and in that time, I’ve tried countless products and combinations to find what suits my skin best. Now, I’m here to simplify the process for you.
When starting your skincare journey, it’s easy to think that using more products will yield better results. But that’s not true! Keep it simple and enjoy the process of healing your skin. Don’t overload it with products. Instead, find a routine that allows you to relax in the morning or evening. Experiment with new products and, most importantly, have fun with it.
I’ll share my recommendations and journey, drawing from my years of experience. While I have much information to offer, remember that what works for me might not work for you. Don’t just copy my routine or follow blindly what I say; make it your own. At the end of the day, it’s about what works best for YOU.
I’ll post daily blogs about skincare and lifestyle, starting with the basics and moving to advanced topics. All you need to do is relax and take from my blogs whatever feels right for you.
